You’ve heard the saying, “you are what you eat.” While that is true, I also believe you are what you absorb. Since recently having my first child, I have never been so intrigued and invested in the products that I am putting on or in my body. Over the last year, I have looked at every product that my body came in contact with and either ditched the chemicals or found an alternative product with cleaner ingredients. Unfortunately, we cannot live in a BPA-free bubble and avoid ALL toxins but you can certainty significantly reduce the amount of toxins you and your family are exposed to on a daily basis. I do not profit off recommending any products but instead give you a list of vetted clean products that I have found helpful.
