Healing our body through meditation can be accomplished by focusing our mind and energy on the 7 energy centers. Breath slowly and evenly and allow your breath to cleanse the days toxins and negativity out of you as you connect with the broader energy of the universe to heal and restore. The primary guided portion of this meditation lasts 10 minutes followed by another 10 minutes of open meditation.  Feel free to continue for as long as you like. Detach from this existance and melt into the abyss of the universe. Your body knows how to heal itself if you will get out of the way and relax into a trust of something greater than yourself. It doesn't matter if you call that energy God or Universal Truth or simply a greater knowing.
