I discuss what I see as the easy first steps to engage a healing meditation. There are 5 simple elements. The breath, engaging your heart, seeing your expanding energy connect with the universe, exhaling anything toxic, and lastly connecting with a higher power and surrendering to this power. Its all about allowing, relaxing and trusting. You can't force your body to heal and quite frankly we dont know how to heal intellectually. Healing is something the body does naturally when we get out of the way and allow nature, God, universal knowing or whatever power you beleive in, to enter us and repair. If we stop poisoning oursleves with processed foods, stress, toxic thoughts and other baggage, the body will and wants to HEAL.
